Product Description

Extang Trifecta Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover is an extremely strong SpeedKlamps which offers both a rapid-secure and rapid-release system. They come completely assembled with no tools required for their installation. They have heavy duty luggage-style Hold-Tite fasteners which are quick and easy to use and adjust. They can be fully open and safely secured at the cab while driving. The MaxHinges are double pivot hinges with center link and padded seals. The tonneau cover has 45 degree steel corner brackets that provide unparalleled strength. They use pro-grade labyrinth rail seals that exceed Original Equipment Management (OEM) standards and provide the best seal possible. The commercial grade rails and I-beam Monster Bows are secured with multiple reinforcements using zinc dichromate and aluminum braces. As easy as it sounds

cover is very easy to install. Takes only one person! Very light and easy to move. Sturdy when folding it up, does't bend and wobble. Has foam weather stripping applied to the bottom of the frame already. My truck has a bed liner that hooks over the front but not over the side bed rails. This causes there to be a small air gap in the middle of the front bed rail and two small air gaps at each front corner of the bed. I'm going to get some of my own weather stripping and add to the areas that let light through to make it a better fit. Other than that seems great so far.

Great fit and very easy to install

I have had the cover about 6 months now. The product came with a link to a video of how to install it, but it is so simple that really isn't necessary. It literally took me 10 minutes to install, with 5 of that to get it out of the box. It takes seconds to fold it up it you need to haul something tall. I'm not sure if I buy the claim about increased gas mileage, but a 10% improvement on my truck would be rounding error. I am very satisfied with the cover, it performs as advertised.

Fixed electric problems with my dash 2001 olds alero

My 2001 Oldsmobile Alero's entire dash and windows would work at random times. After getting a quote for close to $500 to fix at shop I decided to replace this myself. Found a great Youtube video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FKwU467PKU.in just over an hour the car was fixed.

Oem quality amazon price

This is the best pricing available on an ignition switch for gm. This fixed my 2000 Pontiac grand am issue with intermittent gage sweeps and a/c and power windows deactivating. I never had the security light problem everyone else seemed to have, but almost always on startup the gauges would take a long time to start working. Great price. Great quality. Amazon exceeds expectations.

PassLock Ignition Switch fix for 2002 Olds Alero

Looking to likely fix the dreaded PassLock problem. Every once in a while my 2002 Olds Alero (w/ 97k miles) took several attempts to start as if the engine was not getting fuel. Then one day leaving Cosco the car just died en route. Although I'm a humble garage mechanic with experience rebulding vehicle and often tackle maintenance on my own vehicles I took this into my favorite local garage. They replaced the fuel pump claiming it had died, which is what I suspected and why I took it in for I didn't want to have to drop the fuel tank full of gas to replace the pump. However, gradually, and with more frequency since the pump repair the car had trouble starting, just turning over and nothing, but always started after a while (sometimes up to a hour of trying.) As you read this you too have likely read about the PassLock issue and suspect it's a possible cause as did I. I'm here to tell you that after replacing the Ignition Switch it fixed the problem and the car even idles a bit better (likely cause of the new fuel pump.) Bottom line the switch, in my opinion, would be the best choice to fix first if you suspect the PassLock non-starting issue. For $100 bucks it's the cheapest and simplest of the repairs. You can do it yourself but it will take time and is a bit of a pain. Search YouTube for a ignition switch repair video (for an Olds Alero) someone uploaded that outlines the repair step-by-step. Good price, dencent sound,fair build quality.

Overall good value for the money. Install is pretty simple and straight forward. Not sure on longevety of the system but so far things work well. Am I faster? doubtful. Am I cooler? probably not. Did this cat-back make the truck sound more like a truck? yes. I did not weigh the stock exhaust but I will speculate that that switching out to this system dropped about ten pounds.
