Very happy with the install, sound, looks and performance. You can really tell the engine is brathing beter and it turns up much faster. I am using their controller as well.

Instant power increase!

This is the single cheapest part to add 10 to 20 more HP right off the line and thru the midrange cycle. Other reviewers not that impressed, but using this spacer with the k&n air filter makes my 2010 5.4 L sound as good as it runs. No truck touches me anymore and I get out of first gear so fast now I have to wait for second or the truck will break loose like crazy! So pleased, way to go PowerAid!!!

Performance not noticed

I've had this on my truck for about 2 months now. I haven't noticed any difference in performance or gas mileage. I am still testing the truck to see if there is an actual improvement in fuel economy. I installed this with a K&N filter. I installed this on a 2005 Ford F150 FX4.

Love the sound w/ the radio off-

Installed w/ SynthaMax filter kit. Fit perfectly under the hood.Looks great. Easy to install. The back of the throttle body is alittle tough to get to...small hands would be better.The "whistle" can't be heard if the radio's on (with very little volume). "Normal" ears won't notice it.It does sound like a factory turbo spooling up. The theory is questionable but, the overall unit & installation is pretty cool.I assume it allows for better operation...

Poweraid quality that fits nicely...

Installation of the throttle body spacer was fairly easy, and it took me less than half an hour to install it on my Grand Cherokee. The quality of the parts is good, especially the spacer itself which is solid, kind of heavy with a good finish, and everything fits nicely.Instructions provided are somehow okay, but even having installed spacers before, I had to call the manufacturer to confirm what side of the spacer will fit with the throttle body. Definitively, instructions can be improved by some margin.Also, since I installed the spacer, my Jeep seems to be running smoother and I kind of like better its new sound--I guess this is a bit subjective.In regards to improved mileage, I suggest to track mileage and fuel consumption for several weeks, provided the same thing was done for some time before installing the spacer, so a more objective comparison can be made.I am satisfied with the product, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I felt it's a bit overpriced. However, if you get 1/2 mpg more after installing the spacer, at $2.50/gallon and after paying around $130 for it (including S&H) you will break even after driving about 1800 miles or so.
