Great Product With a 200 dollar Catch

Installation was fairly easy, but took a little more than an hour. (I have installed various 4x4 lifts and complete suspensions systems on my vehicles) FYI - It is easiest to just jack the vehicle up from the frame to slide these between the frame and leaf spring. No squeaking or any sounds for that matter that I heard were issues. Only thing I see on my particular setup (Tacoma 2002 Double Cab PreRunner) is that the right Air Lift bottom bracket hits the rear shock (forward mounting) when the vehicle is under flex. My die grinder will fix that shortly.So, they work great, and I have no regrets. Only issue is it is a bit of a pain to get them adjusted properly without the extra $200 + compressor system. Manually adjusting the air springs is a hit and miss, since there are variations of amount of air needed from side to side.Also, if you plan to carry dirt bikes, like I do, think about this:You pump the rear up with cargo (bikes and equipment) in the bed... when you empty the cargo, you now have a jacked up rear. (like over 4 inches on my little truck!) Now, load up your cargo with your 7 foot ramp, and see how easy it is...Lowering the rear to reload cargo, then leaves you without the needed air. Hence the need for either that nifty on board $$$ compressor system, or access to compressed air. (not readily avail in the woods)So, would I purchase again? Yes, but plan on spending $400 - plus bucks to do it right. I wasn't planning on that!

Installed this kit in a few hours, with the Dual Gauge Compressor Kit. Straight forward, easy to read instructions. Between the kits, I think I have about 20' of extra tubing! Awesome products. Good work, Air Lift.

Air lift 57132

This product has helped me raise the back of my Excursion which is loaded down with heavy equipment. It did all that I have hoped it would, It made my ride smoother and raised the back end to cut down on wear and tear to the vehicle. The istall was super easy and took about 1.5 hours with minimal tools required. Simple bolt in design, I only had to remove the bump stops to install. A+ product. would recommend to anyone

Added to the Rear shocks of my 1977 GMC(MIDAS) R.V.

I recently purchased a 1977 RV. It still had the factory Leaf Springs on it , and rode really rough. Just before my firsttrip...from San Diego to Vegas...I had ne Monroe Gas shocks put on. Lets say I was pretty disappointed. Didnt really notice ANY difference. TILL I PUT THESE BABIES ON!! The air lift 5000 kit raised the back up about 3 inches, and it now rides like it's only about 5-10 years old. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5is it took about 5 or 6 HOURS to install the front and rear. They say a couple hours for the rear. NOT TRUE!!! I had my buddy who is a mechanic bring his Pneumatic tools over etc. Let me say it was WELL WORTH IT THOUGH!!!! GO BUY THESE. HECK if they can make my 33 year old RV ride like almost NEW. What can they do for you??

Wonder bags

The air lift was just what i was looking for.I have a chevey van that's a 1991 g 20 so on top of this its a conversion as well so very big and heavy.I put the air lift on it so I could pull a trailer with out the hitch draging the ground. I was suprised that it really worked and took the roll out of the van to so this was like a bonus. The only thing was it took more than 2 hours to install more like 3 days try to fig it all out and then have to get some tools like a torque wrench. But the worst of it was geting around the tail pipe so my solution was to cut the tail pipe off so I could drill the holes and mount the brackets. then took the van down and just had them weld a new one on . I chose to just dump it right befor the rear wheel so yhe heat stay's away from the air bags this should give them a good life.So if you are looking for some air lift other than air schock's this is the answer.Becase what yo0u going to do when the shocks blow.

simple and fast

Great price quick delivery and simple installation. What more could you ask for? I did it by myself in less than 1 hr. Note that some of the older models this one replaces use different tread bolt and u must use the new ones. Just mark the old location, remove air connection, unbolt old, install new ,and reconnect air. Simple.

Simple Installation

I bought this to replace a 9-year old air bag that failed on my truck (when they say "maintain at least 10psi at all times, they mean it). It arrived quickly, and I was glad I could buy just the air bag and not the entire kit.Getting the old bag out was a hassle because the bolt thru the bottom had seized. I had to remove the lower bracket from the leaf spring, and use a grinder to get the old bag off the bracket and re-install it. The new bag was an exact replacement even after ten years of production. I'm talking identical. Total time for the project was roughly two hours. That included replacing the air line.

Perfect for accurate control of 5th wheel and Camper

A wonderful addition to my truck. It came with more than enough air tubing and wire to allow complete flexibility of installation in my 2011 Silverado 3500HD. With this remote I am able to accurately control the load balance, both front to rear and side to side, on the fly if necessary. Much easier than having to do this with an external compressor and fittings. I was able to install the compressor under and behind the rear seat to protect it from the elements. Also I only one wall penetration for the two air lines to the air bags, as all control cabling and tubing runs are within the cab, under the door rail trim. A wonderful product that requires a bit of skill to install

Affordable leveling controller

I've go two of these systems installed. They work like a charm, hold vehicle height within about 1/2" of set level. They're compatible with any air spring. And they're not $1000 each like some other electronic level controls.

So far so good

I installed this on my 2011 GMC Sierra HD Duramax. The compressor is a little loud but I didn't install on the frame as suggested since I couldn't find a good place for it. I installed it on a cross member under the bed of the truck. I set my ride height and it does what it needs to keep the right height. I set the height so my 36' travel trailer rides perfectly level every time.
