New style OE pump

This pump assembly is a new design from the OE version. Installed in a client's K1500 Suburban, works as advertised. No external fuel separator required (built in). The only detail worth noting is the two guide rod design mandates that the pump be centered and vertical with the tank body and opening as it is seated. Unit produces a superb and stable fuel flow rate for the Delphi FJ10566 upgrade.

Good box, lousy packaging

The box as a whole is well made. The little cam lock provided is cheap and should be replaced with a quality lock cylinder. This can be done easily for a couple bucks and 15 minutes. My biggest issue here is the packaging. It arrived in a cardboard box that didn't appear to suffer much abuse enroute. Inside there were three styrofoam blocks just stacked on top the unit almost if this was an afterthought. The mounting hardware was loose inside the tool box left to move around freely. The heavy steel braces had tumbled around enough to put some serious unsightly dents in the sidewalls.I suggest to purchase locally where the toolbox can be inspected for damage prior to buying. I also recommend to the manufacturer to secure the hardware or at least the steel braces to prevent damage to an otherwise fine product. Instructions provided had nothing to do with this model box.

Hey, Nice Box!

Was looking for a box to go on top of the rails of my truck bed. This one worked perfectly. Very easy to install. There are permanent things in the bed of my truck that couldn't be moved and got in the way of the mounting brackets, but I was able to position them differently and all is well. I see no faults so far.

Item arrived quickly, but packaging was bad. Looks like the item was a return, so the original foam packing was missing, so the distributor was just loose in a box. Regardless, it checked out and works perfect so far.

Easy install

Great product, will always look for Curt. All the hardware was there, the hitch is nicely coated and hardware bright finished. It took me 1 hour to install with a drill pry bar and socket set. Pulling down the exhaust was sort of difficult but not bad and lucky I have a good floor jack. Nicely packaged as well.

Fit perfect!

I put this hitch on my '09 New Beetle. It fit perfect. I used a friend's lift and the install took about a half hour. I used it to pull a Little Guy trailer from Florida to Canada. The ball was nice and close to the car and I had no problems. I think this is a great hitch for the money. Instructions are easy to follow.
