Pricey but I'm glad it exist

Ridiculously expensive. I hope there's more inside the plastic box than just wires!Having said that, it's also ridiculously simple to install - provided you've already got the CD changer installed. Most importantly, is simply works. The iPod sounds much better using this over the FM transmitter I had been using for years.Note, get your CD's out of the changer first if you have any other use for them as you'll be removing power from the changer.Don't forget to disconnect the battery before plugging in the unit. Presumably it works best if it's already connected when the car is 're-booted'.If you hit any of the CD control buttons, the speakers will mute and you'll see Err in the display - then it falls back to radio. Not a big surprise considering there's no CD changer to answer the command. Just press the source button again to select the changer and your back in business.

Just what we needed, at a premium price...

Well, it does what it says it does.My wife wanted to be able to plug her phone into her C5 Corvette's stereo and, after much research throughout the internet, I only found a couple of items that could perform the tasks that this one can.This is really easy to use as long as you have the appropriate harness to plug it into, which we did. If you have the factory CD changer, you unplug the harness from it, and plug it into this devie and, voila, you now have an AUX input on your stereo. However, if you don't have that factory CD changer, be prepared to pay even much more to make things happen.Considering the light weight of this device, and the fact that it is just about 100% plastic, I'm positive that they could charge much less for it. However, if they're the only ones that make this item, they price it as what it is, the only option.

The GM10-AUX adapter meets all of my expectation. It is very easy to install and the functionality is great. Together with the MP3 player of my Android phone the GM10-AUX delivers a great sound through the origin Corvette loudspeeker system.Music satisfaction guarantee.At least one little hint. In my oppinion the price is too high.

Adapter box

These things are cool. The sound quality is good, and you can stick it under your dash. I hot glued it to that plastic wall under the dash, right beside the glove box.You do have to figure out where to put the input jack. Don't run a cable all the way from the adapter to your MP3 player. You'll have to go back under the dash when the cable breaks, if you don't put an input jack somewhere in the console.

Really nice case

This is the second case I am buying for my husband who is a poker chip collector. It is expensive, but is well made and looks beautiful. I found that the chips need a little bit of putty to stay displayed perfectly.

It works! Pandora in my (aging) Escape

In the unlikely event that you (like me) have a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid with the factory nav system and 6-CD changer under the passenger seat, the FRDW-AUX is exactly what you need to let you connect an MP3 player or phone into your car's speakers. It gives you a (much-needed) audio aux input, at the cost of not being able to use your CD changer. (That was an easy trade-off for me.)Installation was trivial: unplug the existing CD changer, plug in the FRDW-AUX in its place, connect a cable between it and the phone. (I paired it with a 3.5mm Male to 2 RCA Stereo Audio Cable, which at 12ft is a few feet longer than I really need to reach the dash, but works just fine.) The installation instructions aren't particularly detailed, but the process is pretty simple.The box itself is about the size of a pack of cards. Everything's hidden tucked up under the passenger seat, and I didn't have to remove any panels or pull the radio out of the dash.Once installed, the "CD" button on the factory radio switches to this aux input. You'll no longer have access to the CD changer (remember to eject any discs before you unplug it). This is an audio aux input only; it *doesn't* let you pause, next track, or show what's playing on the radio display. But (unlike some other adapters), this doesn't require that you keep a CD spinning in the changer.Installation tip: the cable you want to unplug is on the right side (toward the door) near the rear of the CD changer, and is plugged directly into the CD changer box. (Avoid the bigger cables near the center console -- they're not the ones you want.) It's easiest to access if you push the passenger seat all the way forward. And there's a little latch on top of the plug that you'll need to depress as you unplug it. (This is for CD changers under the passenger seat, obviously. I don't know about other models that put the changer elsewhere.)You'll want to carefully compare your Ford model with the specs on this before ordering -- the model year and specific radio configuration affect compatibility. It actually works for more models than are listed in the picture here on Amazon (including the 2005/2006 FEH with nav and 6-CD changer). The manufacturer, PIE, has more compatibility listings on their web site.

it works but you need an extra adapter for 06 audi a4 , i needed to kind of seperate on of the hinges in the back and fit this one but all because i didnt want to wait anymore , just order the right parts i didnt so i had some trouble overall good stuff

works as advertised!

The product works great! Installation was a breeze, although the photo is a little outdated.There is a 3.5 mm female jack on the side of the PIE box, not RCA cables, but it comes with a male 3.5 mm --> female RCA adapter. I bought a separate 3 ft male RCA --> 3.5 mm male cable to connect to my iPod, but could have had a simpler/cleaner install with only a 3.5 mm male --> 3.5 mm male cable.Sound is AMAZING, though!

Works great with my 99 Cabrio

Although this little box almost costs as much as a cheap stereo, it does the job admirably. In my 99 Cabrio I added a mini jack to a button blank on the center console and was able to velcro the box to the inside of the console, to the right of the ashtray, then fish the connector up into the radio slot. I attached the grounding cable to the the big screw on the back chassis of the radio. It gives me clear audio without any noise from the car's electronics.

Python Injection Airflow/Mass Air Sensor - Nissan 240SX

The part has been installed for about a month now and it works just fine. Loved the price, less than half of what Nissan charges. Only thing I would have wanted to know was the manufacturing date of this product. According to the box it came in, the product was made in 1998. It's freakin' a decade old! Like I said though, works just fine.

maf sensor

The only aspect of this product I could complain about is the only pic of the maf sensors. I think there should be a specific pic to each diff. maf sensor. Otherwise a great item.
