1991 Chevy 3500 1 Ton

First of all I live in AK so S&H normally cost us an arm and a leg but Amazon shipped for free. I called around to all the Auto parts stores locally and the cheapest radiator I could buy locally was $296.00 Part of living in the last frontier but hey Amazon makes it manageable. To the Radiator, I emailed Delphi before ordering to make sure this would fit my truck and they informed me this was an exact replacement. I Ordered the Radiator on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday that's was pretty impressive. Upon receiving the Package I inspected the radiator for dings or dents and there was not a mark on it, packaging was great. Installing, I only wish cars now days were as easy to work on. I popped off the fan shroud; two radiator support brackets disconnected 5 rubber hoses and 4 metals lines for the Transmission and oil cooling lines and pulled the old radiator out in 5 minutes. Perhaps my only complaint with this entire purchase was after doing a side by side comparison. I noticed that all the fittings for the oil/transmission cooling lines were higher or lower on the new radiator. It took a little reshaping and TLC but I was able to make the old lines fit. The radiator seems to work great my 454 V-8 is running cooler than it ever has before.Thank You Delphi and Amazon I appreciate the fine craftsmanship and extremely fast shipping.

This is the only time I've had an issue with my amazon orders since I have ordered through them. They sent the wrong radiator and it was poorly packaged and damaged, but they quickly handled it and sent the correct one without any problem. This is why I have a great deal of trust ordering through amazon. The radiator matched the original exactly and have no problem with it.

Fuel pump

Don't bother with aftermarket fuel pumps, you'll be wasting your money. OEM pumps fit properly, they're quiet, the check valves don't leak, the fuel gage works properly, maximum output pressure is in spec, and they're good for 100,000 miles.

Excellent Replacement GM Chevy Fuel Pump

I have had this fuel pump installed in my 2000 Blazer for 12 months and it works excellent. No complaints. Make sure to buy either this Delphi or AC Delco brand fuel pumps for GM and Chevy Vehicles. Don't buy the cheap off brand pumps. They don't last. This one has. Beware that the installation in my 2000 Chevy Blazer required some re-wiring as this pump uses an updated wiring harness. GM updated because the original wires were too small and burnt up. Just splice these wires in using crimp connectors or solder. I used a product called posi-taps. They were excellent. For more info the wiring, google it and look through various automotive forums online.

Delphi FG0072 Fuel Pump

The item was recieved 3 working days after I orderd it. Amazing price for an original equipment pump, $100.00 less than I could purchase an aftermarket pump. Pump came with easy to follow instructions and a wiring harness to update to the heavy duty connectors. Fuel gauge seems to be more linear than the original.

Great Buy

I bought this on the chance that it was a drop in replacement. The same fuel pump was over $300 from local auto stores. You have to use their adapter which means a simple wire splice. It is very difficult to get into the tank with the tight o-ring seal but I don't think that has anything to do with the brand. Once I got it in, it was a snap to hook everything back up and my car was back on the road. I installed this pump about 6 months ago and it is still running strong so no complaints yet.

Works great!

Purchased in mid 2009, my current pump at the time had 150k on it and was starting to whine, could hear in garage. Was completely satisfied with product quality and ease of install. Pump flows at MFG's specs and the level sensor works as advertised. Price is right for the L-67 supercharged applications and cant be beat. Have 40k of service out of it so far and recently ordered ACDelco 217-3294 Professional Fuel Pressure Regulator Assembly as a preventitive maintenance item since im close to 200k and like not having a car payment! Would highly recommend this product.
