Nice lamps once you get them.

Now that I have them I am pleased with the lamps.The shipping was incredibly slow. I ordered three lamps on June 3rd and got them on June 17th. I ordered 2 other sets of lamps a couple days after I placed this order and received both other sets before this set arrived. (other sets were ordered from Ebay and a national retailer)Once they arrived, one of the lamps was damaged, scratched very badly and I received three cream colored shades which was not what is in the picture and cream looks horrible with the brushed nickel finish.I contacted the company via email on the 17th they finally responded on the 20th to say that they would get back with me once they were able to contact the warehouse. So I called and spoke with someone in customer service.NOTE: Customer service is in Florida. Warehouse is in California so if you call customer service in the morning it's at least 3 hours before they can reach anyone in the warehouse.So after I sent pictures of the damaged lamp on the 20th, it took a total of 8 days to get the scratch lamp replaced and shades in the right color. The entire transaction took 22 days. So to their credit I will say they did not make me ship back the damaged product or the incorrect shades they told me to do whatever I wanted with all of it. So I didn't incur any shipping cost.The younglady in customer service was nice and I believe moved things along as best she could from Florida.
