HARNESS CHANGE ALERT!

Superior quality. New harness and heat shrink butt connectors are included with detailed instructions.Tip: Remove truck bed if possible. Dropping the tank and rewiring from beneath is a chore. Estimated work time: two hours.

Chevrolet / GMC replacement fuel pump

I would give this product five stars if I had not had to cut the OEM wiring harness for it to work. The kit comes with the wiring direrctions, a different connector and some cheesy solderless crimp connectors. After I made the modifications to the harness, I started to re-wrap the wiring in the plastic looms when the 18-22 gauge connectors both released a wire. Because I did not want to do this job again and I was concerned about corroding connectors that are not accessable, I elected to solder all the connections and use heat shrink tubing.
