Everything was there and shipping was prompt.Installation of this unit is a little interesting. There are 6 bolts to install, 4 of which go in prethreaded holes on the frame, 2 are carriage bolts that go in holes you have to widen with a 1/2" drill bit.The cairrage bolts are fished into place through the frame with a piece of wire. This is a little scary, as your certainly in trouble if you don't get it right the first time. I used bailing wire, and had to egg the holes out a little bit to accomidate the width of the bolt + the wire. Certainly worth checking before hand. Also you should have a very small screwdriver available, as you may have to coax the bolt along a little through holes in the frame rail if it gets stuck. (mine did)Once the cairrage bolts are pulled through, there is nothing to keep you from pushing them back into the frame rail accidentally. I used a extra-small vice grip to hold the bolt in place to keep it from popping back, and then lined up the cairrage bolts with the hitch before the other bolts. There remained enough thread to get install the nuts on without the washers, so I did that, and tightened them up. Then installed the 4 standard bolts. Then remove the nuts from the cairrage bolts, and reinstall properly with the supplied washers. This approach was effective, and I would recommend it.I found that the forward most passenger side bolt hole in the hitch was slightly toe'd in. Sitting on the ground with both legs under the gas tank, and pulling on the flange with one hand while threading the bolt in with the other did the trick. The metal was more flexible than it looked.I have installed a similar hitch on a Volvo before. This was slightly more kludgy. This hitch is servicable, has tolerable fit, and good finish. Installation is little tricky, but not difficult as long as are patient and thorough.
