Great product

First off let me explain why I did not give this kit a five star. even though this pump came as a complete kit they send you the parts you need to mount it where they think is best. I bought this kit becuse I discovered that dodge cheated and left the lift pump that cummins supplied them on the side of the block to make it easier on the assembly line. Almost all fuel pumps are designed to push not pull fuel. So I choose this kit to eleveate the strain off the factory lift pump. BD Diesel showed putting thier pump on the inner frame rail in front of the fuel tank. Doing this would still require the pump to pull fuel through almost five foot of line. I moved it to the outside of the frame just in front of the leaf spring. This location put the put as close as you can get and only has to pull through less than two foot of line. Doing this required lenghting the wireing harness and five more feet of fuel line. Outside of that everthing you need is in the kit. Instructions were pretty good and there were telephone numbers for technical support. Would definatly recomend this kit to anyone.

good pump

I added this to my 02 dodge 24v diesel with in tank pump, it was easy to install and increased my lift pump pressure from 6 to 15 psi
