Do Not Drain the OIL - this ICE ICE BABY!

Everywhere videos and words said to drain the oil from the compressor then add oil back into compressor by MEASURED amount.Do NOT do that with this one.Change your old compressor (10yrs or more) NOW with THIS ICE COLD BABY!Be sure to get the old refrigerant saved and Vacuum the lines down to -30lbs.ONLY buy the Accumulator/Dryer for R-134a - do not get an old R-12 unit - is a headache.You may have to go to FordParts com to get best accum./dryer - good price at/thru dealer.THIS Compressor - BEST PRICE! BEST COLD COOLING!

I think Amazon should develop vehicle spare parts, because for me is very simple to choose the right model for my car Ford Sport Trac. Picture and characteristics also are great help to decide. Also I notice about other brands that are alternative so we can choose beteween original or price product.

THIS COMPRESSOR WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, IT COMES WITH PRE INSTALLED PAG OIL 7 OZ , WITH NECESSARY O RING TOO. REMOVED 2 0Z OF OIL THEN POUR 1OZ ON NEW DRIER. MAKE SURE REPLACE ACCUMULATOR/DRIER AND ORFICE TUBE TOO, VACUUMED AND CHARGED WITH 30 OZ 134A. MY RANGER A/C IS BACK AGAIN. ONE MORE THING THIS COMPRESSOR IS VERY QUITE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
