Goldilocks exhaust

The exhaust has the exact note I was looking for. A nice rumble at and off idle, but not too loud, even under a lot of throttle. Loud enough to make me smile, but not so loud my wife is embarrassed to take it to the grocery store. If glasspacks were a "10", and stock was a "1", I would rate this at a "3". It is barely noticeable in the cabin, and does not drone or make any weird noises. I have an '01 2500 Suburban with the 8.1L.As usual, Amazon had the best price and got it to me in just a couple days.Installation was kind of a pain, and is why I gave the product 4 stars. You have to weld one pipe, which the instructions tell you to do after everything is on, but there is NO room to get around it. I tried a clamp, but there was too much of a gap to close. Even if I had a lift, it still would have been nearly impossible. If I was to do it again, I would have figured out where the muffler needed to wind up, mark the muffler and head pipe, and then take the catalytic converter and muffler off and weld it up on the bench. I was also a little disappointed that all of the hardware appears to be galvanized rather than stainless. The build quality of the pipes and muffler is second to none, however.
