Product Description

High power low weight and great for astronomy! Other high-power binoculars may have excellent optics but they can also be quite literally a pain in the neck. The Zhumell 20x80 SuperGiants though weigh in at just 4.4 pounds light enough to use comfortably in the field. Still they are equipped with an integrated tripod mount for use with any standard photographic tripod. That's just in case you don't feel like holding onto your binoculars all the time. High-Performance Features Extra-large field of view with crystal clarity from edge to edge BaK4 prisms for excellent light transmission Fully multi-coated optics Ultra-smooth center focus that's easy to operate allowing you to pinpoint your subject Right diopter adjustment so you can fine-tune your viewing Most impressive though is the sheer size of the 20x80 SuperGiants. The 80mm objective lens diameter is huge. In fact you won't find many larger and definitely not in the Zhumell's price range. Interpupillary distance adjusts from 2.25 inches to 2.75 inches. Once you try these big binoculars for astronomical or terrestrial viewing you won't want to go back to anything smaller. And given all the Zhumell's advantages there's simply no reason you'd have to. For more information on binoculars for astronomy check out our article on Astronomy Binoculars. Built-in Tripod Adapter for ultra-steady viewing These binoculars features a built-in tripod adapter for quick and easy connection to your favorite tripod. It uses a standard 1/4-20 thread that is common on all tripods. The tripod adapter can be adjusted to help balance the weight of the binocular. We recommend using a tripod when viewing single objects like Saturn or Jupiter. The need for a steady image is very important when viewing objects like planets. But for simply panning the nights stars these binoculars can also be hand-held. Not just for astronomy... These binoculars are not simply for astronomical use. Point these at a far off ship in the ocean or at the

5Clear Optics and Light weight
By Ryan
I purchased these giant Zhumell 20x80 binoculars for use instead of a spotting scope for deer and elk. I don't like squinting with one eye through a scope all day. They were a great price and are really clear binoculars, even with my glasses on. Be warned, they are giant, as the title suggests. They are also very light for their size, but seem well constructed. They bring the stars into clear, single point focus, and reveal more than your naked eye could ever hope for. The moon is fantastic, with great detail visible of the craters and surface details. The binos work well on my camera tripod, which is necessary to view the stars. I am very pleased with these, though I may make a smaller case to use while hunting. The included case is very large, but seems well made. Recommend highly, but expect them to seem even bigger in person.
