Delta Size Bright aluminum Mid-Lid Dual Lid Crossover Truck Box provides superior security for tools and equipment. The combination of the gear-lock dual rotary locking system, RSL (rigid structural lid) and the high-strength body will resist over 1,000 pounds of prying for to break in. The features include: a gear-lock self-adjusting dual rotary locking system. It always latches and closes for superior security. The self-aligning latch pin pivots from side-to-side to engage with the gear-lock system; no adjustments are required. A 3-layer laminated RSL (rigid structural lid) has a reverse beveled edge liner and an inner layer of rigid foam insulation. This creates the most rigid, strongest aluminum lid that has been tested. A reinforced high-strength body and full-wide lock console resists cargo damage and protects the lock system. The end-mounted push buttons provide easy access; lid locks and unlocks from either side for security and safety. A heavy-duty guards protect the vertical-action gas spring lid lifts and help ensure long-term durability. Fit for a Tundra...

It really does fit a 2011 Tundra double cab. Strange since the Amazon site says they won't if you enter the make and model. After purchasing my new Tundra I went on a tool box search and thought I would try something other than a UWS box that I have on my 02 Tundra. Upon entering most truck accessory websites they ask you to enter your vehicle information and then they show you which ones they say will fit. I found this to be fairly misleading. I measured my truck three times to be sure and even called Delta to confirm its dimensions. The box arrived unscathed except for a small dent (quarter size) in the back which would not be seen and has no effect on functionality. This is Delta's Pro line which is their upper end of the pack and had features I liked including a decent locking system. I also found out that most tool boxes today are made by only a few companies, actually two. Delta makes a better box but they are under the Job-Box label. UWS which is now owned by Thule also makes the Dewalt brand box. For what I paid I would do this deal over again in a heart beat. One thing I must point out is that if you have the factory rail system in the Tundra they have a hole exactly where it needs to be for the J-bolt to go through for attachment. Perfect fit, no muss, no fuss installation. I had my wife lay on her back and hold the J-bolts up through the hole and I placed the supplied washers and nuts on the top. I like the box, love the price and Amazon shipped it for FREE! Try that at another truck accessory website! This Delta box has what they call gull wing lids meaning there are two, one at each end. I like this arrangement best and have always bought these types. My reasons for this are several. I like one lid on each end so that if it's inclement weather I'm not subjecting the entire contents to the climate. Secondly, if I am shutting a lid I don't have to empty my hands to close a heavy single lid. Third, if you are working somewhere with questionable surrounds you can keep one side locked. I like the way that Delta made this gull wing lid. It's different in that the lid goes straight across to the center instead of stopping like most gull wings about 2/3 of the way. The lid opens VERY wide (almost 90 degrees) giving easy access. Time will tell how it holds up but for the last three weeks it has been great. One more thing, this box not only fits the width of the bed, it fits perfectly. Meaning no over or under, exact dimension of bed width. Now if I can only figure out where I spaced the keys!

After hours of research, this turned out to be a perfect fit for a 2011 Toyota Tundra 4WD CrewMax Short Bed 5.7L.This box exceeded all my requirements!
