Product Description
AEM Short Ram intake systems are an economical alternative to our Cold Air systems and deliver performance, value and ease of installation over any other short inlet intake. Our Short Ram intakes install easily under the hood and cost less because we use less material to manufacture them. During the development process, we found certain applications respond favorably to shorter inlet lengths over our longer Cold Air designs. For these applications (denoted in the search results page), we offer a Short Ram system only. We perform extensive temperature testing to locate the filter in the coolest area of the engine compartment, which allows our Short Ram systems to achieve the lowest inlet temperatures possible. Please refer to our temperature testing procedures for more information.

Great buy!

Bought this product a couple months ago and I'm still loving what it's done to my car. I have a 98 Accord (4 cylinder of course) and the first time I stepped on it after I put this intake on, I just grinned. Opens up the sound A TON plus it's a super easy installation (took me and my brother 20 minutes to install and we were in no rush at all). If you want quick hp gain and a good sound before you get an exhaust, buy this.

Put this AEM Short Ram Intake (Polished) into my 2000 Honda Accord EX ULEV 4cyl and have no regrets. Adds extra horsepower over the stock and looks really nice too. Removed OEM intake and installed new intake in less than 20 minutes. It's a nice addition if u want to tune your vehicle with minimal effort.
