AEM Short Ram intake systems are an economical alternative to our Cold Air systems and deliver performance, value and ease of installation over any other short inlet intake. Our Short Ram intakes install easily under the hood and cost less because we use less material to manufacture them. During the development process, we found certain applications respond favorably to shorter inlet lengths over our longer Cold Air designs. For these applications (denoted in the search results page), we offer a Short Ram system only. We perform extensive temperature testing to locate the filter in the coolest area of the engine compartment, which allows our Short Ram systems to achieve the lowest inlet temperatures possible. Easy, Fast Install

This product came with easy and detailed installation instructions. Great looking and sturdy construction. Fit like a glove. My sons 94 Honda Accord V-Tech seems to run smoother with slightly more performance. Easy affordable way to "clean-up" the bulky and ugly stock intake system along with gaining a bit of performance. great intake for the price! and carb legal in CA

Bad News at first. when i got the package it came in the box and was labeled AEM and everything.. only problem was that the intake was missing the parts package, you know the clips to hold the piping. At first I was dissapointed so i just called Aem the company itself and told them about the missing partts. They were very friendly and didnt disagree and told them my adress and information and they said the parts would be there 2 days later. Rest of parts came and now installed on my honda. great intake, u can feel and hear the air flow through the aem intake.

When I received my order from Amazon, the box contained the wrong size air filter. Evidently, that part was mislabeled. In any event, I contacted AEM and they quickly took care of it by allowing me to send back the entire box to them at their cost and they sent me a whole new box with all of the correct parts in it including the air filter. Thank you AEM for your good service. Installation was fairly easy. Now our 97 Honda Accord has a more throaty sound with the Borla exhaust system. Throttle response and acceleration also improved noticeably. The polished chrome pipe is well made and very attractive when installed.
