2007 Toyota Rav4 Stainless Steel Hitch step

I bought this on Monday. I had it in my hands by Tuesday! That was amazing. I had just installed a new hitch on my 2007 Rav4 Limited. I looked at all the options and found I could get the Stainless Steel step for less than other sellers were selling the chrome step. The chrome and powder coated steps come with a 5 year warranty but the SS gets a lifetime warranty. I got it for $154 which is very reasonable. In my case I have a Rav4 which has the spare tire mounted on the outside of the rear hatch so it is nice that this step has three holes you can select for the hitch pin and have it stick out as far or as little as you want. It comes with a storage bag so when I mount my bike rack I can stow it in the bag and keep it in the back of my Rav.The best thing about this is that this sturdy heavy duty step will protect your back end from morons who can't judge distance when they park, or in my case living in Boston, the morons who think it is acceptable to play bumper cars to squeeze their piece of junk car in a parking place they don't fit in. Now all they will get is a grill full of stainless steel and my car will come out of it unscathed. I highly recommend this step.

I received the package in great condition , I installed it in minutes , the only problem that i encountered is the rattle from sides to sides and up /down , its a necessity to purchase an anti rattle device ( the product comes w/ in but not good enough to counter the said rattling problem ) overall 4 stars !!! highly recommended to those of you who are always a victim of being rear ended !!!

I just purchased my second Go Rhino step. My first one was crushed while protecting my rear bumper from a driver who was on the cell phone while stopped at a light. She saw a different light turn green and hit the gas. Her Pathfinder plowed right into my Pathfinder. The bar crushed in and did ultimately buckle into my bumper cover. The auto body shop said that the bar saved an extra $2,000 in damage. Well worth the money.My only complaint is the play that the unit has in the receiver. Their anti rattle device needs some re-engineering.
