German Wader Bath World Toy Playset

Bought this for son's 1st bday. A bit on the pricey side for what you get. I had anticipated ~25% increased size compared to what it is in reality. It's just big enough, though it would've been nicer if it was a bit larger so that we could fit more boats/toys to float/race in it. My larger dissapointment (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) is because the pieces don't 'snap' into their respective places so it is very easy for my son to take it apart vs. play w/ the intended function of each piece. With that said, my son & daughter both love to play with it.

costs too much for what you get

Got this for my 2 1/1 yr old granddaughter and 5 mos grandson. It is not what I expected just regular plastic pieces (not super sturdy) that dont snap together tightly and dont do as much as I thought it would. She enjoys the pumper and has fun with it. I really do not think its worth the money you pay. Before Christmas it was the only bathtub toy that I could find that did alot of things and would be good for a boy and a girl.

Great bath toy for hours (and years!) of fun!

I bought this bath toy for my son when he was 2-3 years old. He is now 7 years old and it's still his favourite bath toy!When I first got it and set it up, I was also disappointed (like other reviewers were) with the fact that some pieces didn't "snap" together as I thought they should. At first, when my son tried using the pump (by far his favourite part of the toy!), it kept coming out. I fixed this problem VERY easily and inexpensively by buying a piece of non-slip rubber (the kind sold sometimes as shelf liners, which has non-uniform holes in it) from a dollar store, cutting it in a strip about 1.5-2" wide and maybe 5" long, and wrapping it around the bottom of the pump very tightly before pushing the pump into the hole where it belongs. After this, the pump stayed in place extremely well with no problems at all, and I haven't replaced that piece of rubber for years! The rubber doesn't even show, so it doesn't affect the look of the toy.This is expensive but worth it -- it has stood up very well for years, and is not made of very cheap plastic.
