5Works - no problems
By ias
After reviewing ways to keep the Jeep's plow from sagging the front end went with this. Pretty inexpensive way to get a lift of about one inch or so with the weight of the plow attached. Ride quality is a little stiffer and eliminates some understeer. Overall after the first season of plowing it is satisfactory. They could have used stainless steel or brass for the air valve as that is rusting. But for the price its what you get these days.

3Not So Easy Instructions/Install
By Delbirt
The product just arrived and it's NOT so "Easy To Install" & The "Instructions" Leave A LOT to be desired and Questioned. I Purchased this product for a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo after I Posted Questions to Amazon about the install (They were Misleading BTW) and after reviewing the Instruction set, Many More Questions are needing to be answered.First and Foremost, After reviewing Air Lift's own Propaganda, I was led to believe that "No Drilling Is Required". This IS A VERY BOGUS statement on this kit. You Not only have to Disassemble the entire suspension to install, if you do it wrong, you need to plan for Realignment afterwards. You also have to Drill a 3/4" Hole in the Base of the Factory Lower Spring Seat and "A" arm to allow for the lines. If you don't have a "Divot" as a guide, and you do it wrong, You're Screwed. My second issue with the instructions is there is NO PARTS LIST! Just a bunch of parts in Bags. No descriptions, No Quantities, No Identifiers. I suppose I'm Dense since I have no Idea on how to Index a spring, which is part of the disassembly instructions.Another little thing to note for those of you with the same or similar vehicle, the warranty goes out the window as soon as you take your Jeep Off-Road, or use it for a "Commercial Purpose"(Snow Plowing). That pretty much does me in since I have to go "Off-Road" Just to get home. It's Why I own a Jeep! They also have a little disclaimer that states any Defective parts shipped to and installed by you, will have a MINIMUM of a $10.00 Charge for return, after you remove and send them the defective part.Since Paying for Installation is NOT an option at this point, I will most likely return the product. AIR LIFT'S videos are very misleading! I hope this will help others avoid the same Mistake I apparently made.UPDATE ---->>>Good News/Bad NewsAirlift still states on their own site this Installation on a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a "No Drill Item" Which is False. Also be Very Careful on who you choose to do an installation of this product if you purchase it without labor like I did. After doing a Web search for installers, and visiting the AIR Lift Site to see who they would recommend, I price checked.I got quotes from two VERY REPUTABLE - Popular - and Busy 4X4 Shops in town, from the web by searching "Air Lift Bag Installers". The Quotes were $275.00 and $320.00 respectively, If I didn't need Control arms, or Other such things. When talking with the mechanics it was clear they had never done a front install that wasn't a custom or rock crawler.I then contacted the top recommended installer from the Air Lift web page. Their recommended local installer turned out to be a HD Utility Truck Dealer. They apologized about having a 15 day wait for shop time, but will install the kit for $100.00 rounded up. The repair shop that first recommended I get front air bags quoted me a price of $250.00, so I really didn't save a whole bunch by purchasing online.Stay tuned for the install.....

4NO MORE WHEEL HOP!!!!
By A. Castillo
well i bought this product after reading a few thing on a forum im usually on, well they have been writing about how they have eliminated wheel hop on 2004-2005 Pontiac gtos, and they provided part numbers on various models of air springs which will work on our vehicles, and i chose this one due to it being slightly smaller and it would not raise the rear of my vehicle as much as the other kit for the mazda mpv. i installed the bags real easy and well wheel hop is gone, great product!
