Must have for the old Chysler or Dodge

I gladly pulled my old cd deck and replaced it with this adapter that let's me plug in my phone, iPod, and iPad. Sound levels are perfect and clarity is dead on. Who had CDs anymore? This is a 20 min install with only a screwdriver and a drill for the extra jack I bought. Looks like, sounds like a pro install/mod.

Easy to install, easy to use! You do have to be careful of which one to buy. The CHRY-AUX also fit some models in the same years but doesn't work.

I used it to create an AUX input on my factory radio in 2001 Grand Cherokee. Initially I was hoping I could just splice into the CD Changer L/R inputs (tossed it out, who listens to CDs anyway) but the radio though old as world is a bit more intelligent than that and no CD Changer, no CD Changer input selection. This little box makes all the right signals to trick the radio the proper way providing line level aux on CD Changer input.The box is a bit bulky but it turned out with a bit of strong double-sided sticky pad if fit perfectly glued to the the bottom (above radio) of the dash assy. Works a treat and everything sounds great again. No more crappy FM modulators.
