what is there not to love about Enervit?! Nothing!!

I have been using these goos for over a decade. Their consistency is watery, so no gagging on some thick honey goop while riding. The flavor is sweet but not cloying. So no gagging on super sweet gel foodstuffs. I use one of these per 30 miles or so and they work great! I order them by the box and go through two boxes at least per riding season.

If the texture of Gu and other similar products makes you queezy, this is your answer. It's liquid, is easily transportable and comes in a screw cap plastic pouch. You get the same benefits from this product as the jelly-like products, but without the thick texture that's hard to stomach especially in endurance racing or training. I would recommend this highly.
