I installed these headers as a replacement of the cracked factory manifolds. The installation on my Pathfinder was not as easy due to the tight engine compartment. Once installed they work perfectly. Pace Setter could have included some tips...A few points to consider...1) These come painted black from factory. obviously they used a $1.99 paint suitable for 120 degrees. I don't recommend painting over them with high heat paint unless you strip out the factory paint.2) I highly recommend installing a 2" exhaust wrap such as DEI and High Temperature spraying exhaust silicone. Also use stainless steel locking ties. This will seriously reduce the engine compartment heat. I also highly recommend installing the wrap before mounting the headers on the engine.3) I recommend tossing the 2" U clamps that come with the headers and instead using the 2" Torca Accuseal Exhaust Clamps. This will allow you to easily remove them if needed and you are guaranteed a perfect seal versus the U clamps. I found that the overlap on my headers was not enough for a U clamp to work. The Torca worked perfectly.4) Cut 3 slats 3/8 deep in the ends of the headers so that the clamps can form right to the inner pipe
